Who decides whether I get hired or not?

The employer who posted the job will decide on whether you are hired or not.

Although you will be a Coople employee when you are working, we don’t decide whether or not you get hired. Ultimately the decision rests with the employers using our platform.

If, for example, you apply for a shift working at a London hotel, a member of the hotel’s staff will make the decision on whether or not to hire you.

If you get rejected for a job, please don’t be discouraged. We regularly post new jobs and always encourage Cooplers to put themselves forward for as many positions as possible.
