The hours I entered were rejected. What should I do now?

If your hours have been rejected, you may need to contact us.

It’s always a good idea to check your hours before you submit them. If you feel the hours you have submitted for a job were rejected unfairly however, you can always contact us.

Simply head to your Profile, tap on Settings in the top-right corner and select 'Chat with us' from the menu to start chatting with a member of our team.

We’ll investigate the situation for you and will get back to you as soon as possible.
