At what point do I incur costs?

Employers don't pay anything to register or to create a job.

As an employer, you don’t have to pay anything during the registration or when creating a job.

You incur costs only once the job has been completed, and you only pay for the hours that were actually worked, so if your job finishes sooner than expected, you only pay for the time the Cooplers worked your job.
