What name should I give to my job?

As an employer if you want your job to stand out, give it a descriptive name.

The name you give to a job can make a big difference when it comes to attracting candidates.

Generally speaking, it’s good to add an additional detail. For example ‘Waiter at top London Hotel’ sounds better than ‘Hotel waiter.’

For events, it’s a good idea to mention the event venue: ‘Experienced bar staff at Twickenham Stadium’ will stand out when compared to jobs that don’t include the venue.
