Please check your junk or spam folder if you haven't received your activation email.

Please check your junk or spam folder as the email may have been incorrectly labelled as spam.

If this is the case, it's a good idea to add our email addresses to the safe senders list otherwise you will also be unable to receive your job matches.

If your email isn't in your junk folder, you can chat to us directly. Simply head to the profile tab and select Chat with Us to start a conversation.

You will be able to start a conversation with one of our Customer Care Agents right away. 😉 

If you are contacting us outside of office hours (9am-6pm), we will respond to you as soon as we can!

In the meantime, why don't you look up your query via our Help Centre which has answers to a range of our most frequently asked questions!
