If nobody is applying for your job, you may want to think about increasing the wages. 

The higher the wages, the greater your chances are of attracting applicants. 

If you feel the wages are already high enough to attract applicants, it could be a good idea to change the job title and include additional details - especially if those details would be exciting to workers.
