We make it clear to all workers that it’s highly important for them to turn up to to work once they’ve been hired.
After you hire them for a job, we send them a reminder and make them confirm their attendance via the app.
If however a worker drops out unexpectedly they will be given strikes in accordance with our cancellation policy and you will be notified immediately allowing you to find a replacement if one is required.
