Accounts are suspended in-line with our strike policy.
If you reach three strikes by repeatedly cancelling shifts with less than 24 hours notice, we will suspend your account.
From the moment your account is suspended, you will have a five day window to submit an appeal which you can do by clicking the button below.
By clicking the button, you will be directed to a form where you can state your case and upload any supporting documents you may have such as a doctor's note. This is the only way you can submit an appeal as we do not accept them over the phone.
Once your appeal has been submitted, we will review it and notify you of our decision via email as quickly as possible.
👉Please note that we are unable to provide any updates on the status of your appeal once it has been submitted, so please be patient as reviewing your appeal may take longer during busy periods.
