At Coople we have a strict cancellation policy in place which involves adding strikes to your account. If you reach three strikes, your account will be suspended.

If however you have less than three strikes, you can remove them one-by-one.

How does removing a strike work?

Removing a strike is fairly simple. All you have to do is complete eight approved shifts in-a-row.

By 'approved shifts' we mean shifts where your hours have been confirmed by your employer.

To see your progress, simply head to your strikes overview screen which you can access via the profile tab.

From here you can see the amount of approved shifts you need to work in order to remove a strike. The shifts will need to be completed in-a-row.

That means if you get another strike before you reach eight approved shifts, your approved shifts will reset to zero, and you will have to start again.

I don't agree with my strikes

If you don't agree with the strikes you can head to the same screen and tap appeal which will launch a conversation with a member of our team.

You can also launch an appeal if your account has been suspended. Learn more about launching an appeal here.
