To make our cancellation policy as simple as possible, we operate a three strike policy. As soon as you reach three strikes, your account will be suspended.

👉Please note: The policy below applies to Switzerland only. For the UK cancellation policy, please click here.

Cancelling more than one week before a shift = no strikes.

If you let us know you are unable to make your shift more than one week before your shift is due to start, you will not receive any strikes.

Cancelling between one week and 24 hours before a shift = 1 strike.

If you let us know you are unable to make your shift less than one week but more than 24 hours before your shift is due to start, you will receive one strike.

Cancelling less than 24 hours before a shift = 2 strikes

If you let us know you are unable to make your shift less than 24 hours before your shift is due to start, you will receive two strikes.

When you reach three strikes, your account will be suspended, and you will have five days to submit an appeal - which you can do via the app.

If you do not show up at a job and fail to notify us, we will instantly suspend your account and you will have 5 days to submit an appeal.
