How can I create and edit groups of workers?

When you employ many people, it’s a good idea to create groups of workers so you can send jobs to specific workers.

It’s possible to create and manage your own groups of workers from the Coople Web Platform. After you create groups, you can use them to send jobs directly to your selection of workers from the Coople Web Platform and the Coople for Business App.

Note that you need to hire Cooplers or have your internal workers in the platform before you can create groups.

Creating groups of workers from the Coople Web Platform

  1. Go to My Workers at the top of the main screen.

2. Click on Manage groups.

3. Write a name for your group. Think of a name that identifies all the workers that you will bring here.

4. Click Create.

5. You will now see the group you just created. Click on it.

6. Now click on the search bar and search for workers you want to add to this group. Select as many as you want.

Next time you create a job, you will be able to send it directly to this group of workers.

Adding workers to a group

  1. Go to My Workers at the top of the main screen.

  2. Click on a group you want to manage.

  3. Search for workers at the top and select as many as necessary.

  4. Then click Add to group.

You will see all the new workers in the group list.

Removing workers from a group

  1. Go to My Workers at the top of the main screen.

  2. Click on Manage groups.

  3. Find the group you want to edit from the list, then click on it.

  4. Find the worker or workers you want to remove, then click on the X to the right of the workers.

Viewing a worker’s groups

You can review the groups where a worker belongs from the worker profile on Coople Web Platform and Coople for Business.
