Coople is conducting key maintenance work today, Wednesday 14th July. We need to fix a few issues we’ve been experiencing with the platform data after our latest release. The maintenance work will affect the Coople Jobs App. The planned work will take place from:

Wednesday 14th July starting at 11:00 PM

Thursday 15th July at 05:00 AM

During this time, the desktop platform and mobile app will be unavailable and you will not be able to sign into your Coople account. All operations around the platform, including applying for jobs and registering working hours will resume immediately after 5 am on Thursday 15th July 2021.

If you have work assignments starting during our scheduled maintenance, please read our advice below.

  • Register your working times manually: Coople’s QR code will be unavailable during maintenance hours. Instead, please send your hours manually after your shift. If you’re unable to register your working hours 6h after the shift ends, we will automatically send your planned hours to your supervisor. They will add any overtime or lateness when they edit and approve your hours. If this happens, please check that your approved hours are correct. Contact us if your approved hours are inaccurate. We’ll be happy to help.

  • Only attend the job if you’re hired before 11 PM today and receive a hiring confirmation. You will only be able to check your application status again from 5 AM tomorrow morning. You can consider withdrawing your open application(s) before our scheduled maintenance at 11 PM today, so be sure you won’t be hired.
