Coople is conducting key maintenance work today, Wednesday 14th July. We need to fix a few issues we’ve been experiencing with the platform data after our latest release.

The maintenance work will affect the Coople Web Platform and the Coople for Business App. The planned work will take place from:

Wednesday 14th July starting at 11:00 PM

Thursday 15th July at 05:00 AM

During this time, the desktop platform and mobile app will be unavailable and you will not be able to log into your business account. All operations around the platform, including creating jobs, hiring Cooplers and reviewing hours will resume immediately after 05:00 AM on Thursday 15th July 2021.

If you have jobs starting during our scheduled maintenance, please read our advice below.

We recommend you:

  • Hire Cooplers now. If you have not covered the job yet and have applicants, we recommend you hire them now. This will give Cooplers enough time to prepare for their shift and reduce the risk of cancellations and no-shows. You will not be able to hire anybody after 11:00 PM today.

  • Print or download your staff list: If you want to check attendance manually during working hours, we recommend you print a staff list from the Web Platform. Go to Active jobs > Print staff list

  • Register working hours manually: Coople’s QR code will be unavailable during the maintenance hours. Instead, Cooplers will send their hours manually after their shift. If they can’t register their working hours 6h after the shift ends, we will automatically send the planned hours for your review. Please add any overtime or lateness when you edit and approve their hours.


My job finishes between 11 PM and 5 AM

We recommend you:

  • Register working hours manually: Coople’s QR code will be unavailable during the maintenance hours. Instead, Cooplers will send their hours manually after their shift. If they fail to register their working times 6 hours after the shift ends, we will send their planned hours automatically for your review. Please add any overtime or lateness when you edit and approve their hours.


My job starts after 5 AM, on Thursday 15th July

We recommend you:

  • Hire Cooplers now. If you have not covered the job yet and have applicants, we recommend you hire them now. This will give Cooplers enough time to prepare for their shift and reduce the risk of cancellations and no-shows.
