From 1 January 2023, new minimum wages will apply to the Collective Labour Agreement for Staff Leasing (from 01.12.2022 for unskilled workers in Ticino).


In addition, the minimum wages in other generally binding collective labour agreements will also be increased, for example in the N-CLA, the collective labour agreement of the hospitality industry.

The new minimum wages have been added to the Coople platform. Hourly wages below the new minimum cannot be selected when creating a new job.


Procedure for the creation of a job with minimum wages:

  1. All my job dates are in 2022 (or before 01 December 2022 for assignments with unskilled workers in Ticino). The minimum wages applicable in 2022 are automatically applied.

  2. My job has shifts in 2022 and in 2023 (or before and after 01 December 2022 for assignments with unskilled workers in Ticino). If you post a job with minimum wage on the Coople platform that extend beyond the end of 2022, please split the job into two separate jobs with assignment dates for 2022 and 2023. The same applies to jobs in Ticino with assignment dates in November and December 2022. Doing this ensures that the applicable minimum wage in the respective period is applied.

  3. All my job dates are in 2023 (or after 01 December 2022 for assignments with unskilled workers in Ticino). The minimum wages applicable in 2023 are automatically applied.
