Procedure for the creation of a job with minimum wages:
All my job dates are in 2022 (or before 01 December 2022 for assignments with unskilled workers in Ticino). The minimum wages applicable in 2022 are automatically applied.
My job has shifts in 2022 and in 2023 (or before and after 01 December 2022 for assignments with unskilled workers in Ticino). The same applies to jobs in Ticino with assignment dates in November and December 2022. Doing this ensures that the applicable minimum wage in the respective period is applied.
All my job dates are in 2023 (or after 01 December 2022 for assignments with unskilled workers in Ticino). The minimum wages applicable in 2023 are automatically applied.
