We make it clear to all Cooplers that it’s highly important for them to turn up to to work once they’ve been hired. After you hire them for a job, we send them a reminder and make them confirm their attendance via the app. If however a Coopler drops out unexpectedly be sure to call us and we’ll get to work immediately on finding you a suitable replacement.
