If you still have not been paid for a shift you completed over two weeks ago, it’s a good idea to check your bank details. Head to your profile and select the ‘payment details’ option.
If you are at all concerned over the status of your payment, you can always get in touch with us by heading to your Profile, then Settings (top-right) and tap Chat with us.
