In most cases, you will be notified the reason behind why your profile has been turned down via email. If you haven't received a reason, it could be for one of the following reasons:
Certain job profiles will require a reference letter so we can verify your experience levels.
It could be that your job profile doesn’t match up with your CV, or that the job profile you have chosen requires certain education or experience levels.
We could also be missing some information, so if you have a diploma, educational certificate, a more up-to-date CV or anything else that could support your job profile, be sure to upload it via the documents option in your profile.
