My documents have been deleted. What happened?

There may be a problem with the file type if your documents have been deleted.

If your documents have been deleted, it’s usually because they were not uploaded correctly. 

It may be a case of you uploading the wrong file type, so be sure that it’s in the correct format before trying again.
