There are a number of reasons why your documents could have been rejected. They may have expired, you could be under 18, or they simply could be the incorrect documents. 

It’s a good idea to review your documents before you upload them and make sure they match up with the app. 

Within the app, we provide examples of the type of documents you need to upload along with pictures. So be sure to check these before starting an upload.

Remember - the document you upload must match with the one you provided in your Right to Work check.
