What are recommended wages?

Employers can use the recommended wage as a guide for how much to pay per hour.

The recommended wages help give you an idea of the standard rate for the type of Coopler you want to employ.

For instance, an expert bartender will have a higher recommended wage than a novice one. This is because they have more experience. How much you want to pay is however, entirely up to you (provided it’s above the minimum wage).

For urgent jobs, we recommend paying slightly more to ensure you attract candidates.
