After every completed job, Cooplers should be given a star rating for their work by the hiring company.
Here's why you should always rate Cooplers after they've completed a job:
Ratings reflect a worker’s overall performance, ensuring you and other companies can better assess potential candidates and hire high-quality staff
You can start building a pool of favourite workers to rehire in the future - this ability depends on ratings
Let workers know they’ve done a good job or give them the opportunity to improve by providing constructive feedback
Positive ratings increase a worker’s chances to find jobs and get hired again in the future
How to rate your Cooplers:
After approving a worker's hours, their rating screen will automatically appear.
You can also rate all Cooplers who worked for you in the last 30 days via the rate workers card on your jobs overview screen.
We will also be sending you emails with a reminder to rate workers once a week, should you have any. You can choose to opt out of these at any time via your notification settings.
You can give them the following ratings:
4 ✩ : Amazing
3 ✩ : Good
2 ✩ : Below average
1 ✩ : Very poor
Please always be honest and transparent in your rating.
Based on your star rating, in a next step, you can select and evaluate specific responsibilities and skills of the worker. Feel free to be more specific about the Coopler's performance and leave suggestions for improvement or positive feedback in the comments.
Tip: You can add Cooplers as favourites to build a pool of your preferred workers and rehire them again in the future.
