With Coople, it's quick and easy to get a reference letter. All you have to do is open the app and head to your Profile which you can find in the bottom-right of your screen and then tap on Settings in the top-right corner. 

Head to 'My account'...

Then just simply select 'Request reference letter' from the menu. 

You will see the screen below; tap 'Send Reference Letter' as a confirmation of your request. 😊

Once you've done that, you'll automatically receive your reference letter via email. It's that easy!
