Coople’s strike policy allows you to cancel shifts without any penalty within a reasonable timeframe. The closer you get to the shift start time, the more strikes you will get in your account. When you reach three strikes or don’t turn up for work without notice (no-show), we will suspend your account immediately.
If you have less than 3 strikes in your account, you can remove them one by one. All you have to do is work 8 shifts without being late. Once the companies you’ve worked for approve your working hours, we will automatically remove one of your strikes.
It’s important that you don’t get any new strikes while you’re completing these 8 shifts to get one strike removed. If you cancel a shift too late and get a strike, we will reset the counter from those 8 shifts back to zero.
