You can stop hiring for a job after it's published to stop receiving applications. When you stop hiring, you'll automatically reject all applicants for the job. This means that you'll no longer be able to review applications or hire new workers for this position. You'll still see your job and your hired workers.

You won't be able to stop hiring if you’ve already hired enough people to cover this position.

You can stop hiring from the web platform or the Coople for Business App.

How to stop hiring from the Coople platform

  1. Go to My Jobs and open the job that you no longer need candidates for.

  2. Click on the Stop hiring button in the top-right corner.

  3. Select a reason to stop hiring for the job. This helps us understand how we can help next time.

After you stop hiring, you'll see an orange label at the top of the screen with the new status “Hiring stopped”.

If you want to start hiring again, you can always create a new job.
