If you can’t use the Coople App, there are two things you can do to find a solution:

1. Have you downloaded the Coople App?

Coople connects people who want flexible jobs with companies who need flexible workers. We have two different apps for each one of our users:

The Coople App: for workers (it's pink)

Coople App

The Coople Hire App: for companies (it's purple)

Coople Hire

Check if you have downloaded the Coople App for iOS or the Coople App for Android and are trying to sign in to the right application.

2. Have you tried to sign in to your country?

Coople operates in Switzerland and in the UK. If you are trying to sign into a different country than where you currently are, you will see an error at the bottom of the screen.

The good news is that it’s simple to change your country. Please follow these steps:

1. Open the Coople App

2. Tap on Change country and language at the top of the screen

3. Select your country

4. Select your language (you’ll only see this option if you’re based in Switzerland)

5. Tap Continue

6. Sign in again
