Every single Coopler is told just how important it is to turn up for a shift. Before a shift starts, they are sent a reminder and even have to confirm their attendance.
If, however, a shift is starting or has already started and the Coopler has yet to show up, you can flag their absence on our platform or in the app.
Report absences on the web platform
Click on "Review hours" at the top of your company dashboard
Group by shift or worker, and select the the respective shift and Coopler
Click on "Worker didn't show up?"
Select the reason for their absence
Click "Report absence"
Report absences on the Coople for Business app
Click on "Schedule" and select your respective shift and Coopler

Click on "Hours" and select the respective shift and CooplerClick on "Worker didn't show up?"
Select the reason for their absence
Click "Report absence"
If the worker did not show up, and did not let you know about their absence before, select "Absence without prior notice" as the reason. Please keep in mind that this could result in the worker being permanently banned from Coople.
Alternatively, you can also contact us directly. We’ll try to help you find a replacement as soon as possible and penalise the Coopler in question.
