It’s a good idea to apply for as many jobs as possible to increase your chances of getting hired.
However, plans change! You might have to study harder for an exam, have childcare commitments, or want to go see your favourite band play. Whatever it might be, please withdraw your application from all the jobs you can no longer attend.
Also, take into account that some companies hire just a few hours before the shift’s start time. If you are in this situation and you don’t know whether you’ll be able to work at such short notice, we recommend you withdraw your application. Remember that if the company hires you, you’ll enter a binding commitment to work.
How to withdraw an application
Open the Coople Jobs app
Tap on Jobs
Tap on Applications, then find the relevant job
Scroll to the bottom of the job and tap on one of these options:
I can’t attend: if you want to withdraw from all the shifts you’ve applied for
Update shifts: if you want to withdraw from some shifts only
What happens next?
That’s it! There is nothing else you need to do to withdraw your application. We will remove the job from your list of applications and your application will be removed from the list of applicants the hiring company sees. They will no longer be able to hire you for this shift.
