Coople has flexible jobs across more than 140 roles in retail, hospitality, warehouse, events and logistics. Once you have provided your Right to Work information, added relevant education documents—such as diplomas or certificates—to your job profiles, and completed the short Get ready to work quiz, you can start applying for matching jobs immediately without waiting for us to review or approve your documents.

Make sure you understand all the details about the job before you apply:
Can you attend all shifts?
Will you be able to commute?
Do you have the clothes the customer needs?
If you have doubts, look for other jobs. There are plenty of opportunities on the platform.
What happens after I apply?
You can review your job application from My jobs.
If the company hires you, we’ll send you an email and mobile notification to share the good news! You’ll also see the job move from the Applications tab into the Hired tab.
You’ll also receive an email from us before your first shift starts. Please review all the job details to make sure you turn up on time and with the right uniform.
What if I can no longer attend a shift?
Once a company schedules you, you are expected to attend the shift.
If you can no longer attend, cancel in the Coople Jobs app as soon as possible. Contacting the company or Coople does not replace cancelling in the app.
Before you confirm the cancellation, the app shows how it may affect your reliability, badge, and access to shifts. An early cancellation has a smaller effect than a late cancellation, and cancelling late is still better than not attending without cancelling.
