With our “instant hire” feature, you can skip the application process and get hired into jobs immediately. There’s no need to wait for company approval – if you want the job, it’s yours.
On the Coople Jobs App, jobs that qualify as “instant hire” jobs will be marked with an “instant hire” tag. You’ll find them on the “Home” and “Explore” screens of your app.
How does it work?
If you are interested in an “instant hire” job, you can…
view the details
select all shifts you are available for (we recommend taking as many shifts as you can – it will improve your chances of being hired by the company again)
simply accept the job by clicking “get hired”
And that’s it – you’re hired!
Why can’t I find any “instant hire” jobs?
Companies can make “instant hire” jobs accessible to specific workers. These can include their favourites, Cooplers they’ve worked with before, or workers they haven’t yet worked with but who suit the job’s criteria and have a good rating score.
If you’re not seeing any “instant hire” jobs, you may not be among those workers who have been selected by companies, or you may not meet the criteria for any of the currently available “instant hire” jobs.
To be considered for “instant hire” jobs, make sure to:
keep a good rating,
complete as many shifts as possible for each of your job profiles,
and work for many different companies.
If you keep up the good work, you’ll gain the trust of companies and will soon be able to take advantage of this feature and get access to jobs instantly.
