To remove a Coopler from a shift, you were previously required to contact us. To simplify this process, we’ve added an easy feature that lets you cancel a Coopler’s shift directly, up to 48 hours before the start of a shift.

How to cancel a shift with more than 48 hours’ notice (web platform only):

  1. View your job and the shift you’d like to cancel in your jobs overview.

  2. Click on the hired worker’s profile.

  3. A window will pop up on the right side of the screen. Click on “view shifts schedule”.

  4. Select the shift(s) you’d like to unassign the worker from.

  5. Click on “unassign”.

  6. Select your reason for cancelling.

  7. If you would like to delete the job entirely, navigate back to the job screen and click ‘Stop hiring’ in the top right corner. If you don’t do this, the job will remain open for other applicants.

Should you need to unhire a Coopler with less than 48 hours’ notice, you’ll still be required to contact our Operations Team. Please get in touch at ops_uk@coople.com or send a message via the chat bot located on the bottom right of your web platform.
