You can choose to opt in or out of receiving different notifications via the Coople Jobs App or email. Here is an overview of the notifications we send, what they entail, and how to set up to receive them or not.
Tip: If you would like to receive push notifications from the Coople Jobs App on your mobile phone, please make sure to enable them in your device’s settings. This allows you to react quickly to tailored job requests for your profile. Being among early applicants can increase your chances of getting hired.
How to access the notification settings in the Coople Jobs App:
Open the Coople Jobs App.
Tap on Account at the bottom right to open your profile.
Tap on the settings icon in the top right corner.
Select Notifications.
Here, you’ll be able to select your preferred notifications via the on/off toggles.
What notifications does Coople send me and how can I choose to enable/disable them?
1. Automated job matches (via email or push notification — optional)
Includes: Tailored job suggestions for your profile you may want to apply to. E.g. urgent last-minute shifts, instant hire jobs, special or large events with high demand for workers, job offers in your area, etc.
2. Personalised Coople offers (optional)
Includes: Job offers, important updates about our product, seasonal bonus competitions and schemes, prize draws, career opportunities, and more.
You can also unsubscribe from these types of messages by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of one of the personalised Coople offers emails. This will automatically unsubscribe you from the respective in-app messages as well. If you have trouble doing so, you can also contact us at info@coople.com.
3. Offers from Coople’s partners (optional)
Includes: Third-party content from our partners e.g. surveys, special deals, access to discount platforms, educational training offers, and more helpful information.
System emails are automated notifications designed to guide you through your registration process and user journey. These include email verification requests, status updates regarding documents you provided, hiring confirmations, and more. Since these emails are a crucial part of your Coople Jobs App experience and provide you with essential information and instructions, they cannot be disabled.
