How to change your email address via the Coople Jobs app

  1. Open the Coople Jobs app.

  2. Tap on "Account".

  3. Tap on "View profile".

  4. Scroll down to "Contact info" and click "Edit".

  5. Edit your email address and enter your password.

  6. Click "Change".

  7. On the "Contact info" screen, click "Save" again.

  8. Look out for an email with a verification link to confirm your new email address.

How to change your email address via the Coople web platform

  1. On your "Profile" screen, click on "Edit" next to "Contact" (under your profile photo).

  2. Click on "Edit" next to your email address.

  3. Edit your email address and enter your password.

  4. Click "Save changes" and then "Save" again.

  5. Look out for an email with a verification link to confirm your new email address.

If the provided email is already in use, you will receive an error message and be asked to try again with a different email address.

Once confirmed, we will send your payslips and other documents to your new email address.
