Getting to your settings
Click your icon in the top-right corner. Depending on your access rights, you'll see:
Settings – your organisation's settings. You'll only see this if you have permission to view organisation settings.
Preferences – your personal profile settings. Available to everyone.
Organisation settings
Organisation settings apply to your whole company and are managed by users with the right permissions. You'll find:
Venues – the work locations you can choose from when creating a shift.
Users – the people who can access your account, and what each of them is allowed to do.
Workspaces – the separate planning environments in your account.
Tags – labels to group and sort your shifts for your own planning.
Branding – what candidates see about your business (logo, name, and so on).
Organisation – your company's master data, collective labour agreement, and legal entity.
Payment – your invoicing details. You can update the invoice address and the invoice contact person (name and phone) yourself; your payment method and IBAN are managed by Coople.
Your legal entity (company UID and address) is also managed by Coople – you can see it but not change it. Get in touch with Coople if it needs updating.
Your personal preferences
Open Preferences for the settings that apply only to your own login:
Interface theme – switch between Light, Dark, or System preference (follows your device).
Language – the language used across your account, your documents and your notifications.
Phone number – your contact number for this organisation.
Notification preferences
Under Notifications, choose which updates you want and how you get them – by email, push, or both. You can set preferences for:
Review applicants – when your open shifts have enough applicants to review.
Shift cancellations – when a worker cancels a scheduled shift.
Worker offer accepted – when a worker accepts a shift you offered them.
Worker offer declined – when a worker declines a shift you offered them.
Worker shift change declined – when a worker declines a change you proposed to their shift.
For each one, you can choose whether it applies only to shifts posted by you or across all your workspaces.
