Finding your payment settings
Open Organisation Settings from the icon in the top-right corner, then go to the Payment tab. You'll see your organisation's payment method(s), each showing the payment type (Invoice or Direct Debit), the billing address, and the workspaces that use it. Open a payment method to view or edit its details.
What you can update yourself
Open a payment method to manage your invoicing details:
Invoice address – the address your invoices are sent to. Tick Use legal entity address to reuse your registered company address, or untick it to enter a separate one (company name, street, postcode, city, country).
Invoice contact person – the point of contact shown on your invoices.
Invoice contact person phone – a direct line for billing questions.
Invoicing email (required) – the primary recipient of your invoices. A shared finance mailbox works well.
CC on invoices (optional) – up to nine extra addresses that get a copy of every invoice.
Under Advanced – delivery & rules you can also control how your invoices are split and organised:
One invoice per – get a separate invoice per workspace, venue, job role or shift publisher.
Group shifts inside each invoice by – drag shift publisher, job role, worker name and venue into the order you want; a live preview shows how each invoice will look.
Click Save when you're done.
What Coople manages
A few details are managed by Coople and shown with a small shield icon ("Can be edited by Coople admin"). You can see them but not change them yourself:
Payment type – Invoice or Direct Debit.
IBAN – for Direct Debit.
Payment terms – the number of days after an invoice is issued until payment is due.
Invoice schedule – how often you're invoiced (for example, monthly).
Get in touch with Coople if any of these need changing.
