What can I see in the Activity feed?

The Activity feed is a searchable history of everything that's happened in your workspace – who created, changed, or cancelled a shift, approved hours, and more, all in one place.

Where to find it

Open the Planner's ⋯ menu and select Activity. It opens as a panel scoped to your whole workspace.

What each entry shows

  • Who did it – the business user's name, "Coople Team Member" for actions taken by Coople's team (their name isn't shown to you), or "System" for automated actions.

  • What happened – a plain-language description, for example "Anna Meier confirmed shift for Barista" or "System approved hours."

  • When – a timestamp, grouped by day ("Today", "Yesterday", or the date).

For an edit, you'll also see exactly what changed – for example the old and new time, venue, or wage. For hours, you'll see the planned times next to what was actually reported or approved.

Filtering and searching

  • Category – Planning, Application, Scheduling, Hours, or Worker Pool

  • Date range

  • Performed by – narrow down to a worker, an organisation user, or an automatic ("System") action

  • Event type – pick specific kinds of events

  • Venue or job role – narrow the feed to one of them

  • Person – search for a specific user

  • Free-text search

Good to know

  • The feed only shows activity for the workspace you're currently in.

  • Actions taken by Coople's own team always show as "Coople Team Member," not by name.
