What can I see in "View contracts"?

Your workspace's leasing contracts – the compliance documents Coople issues for your Cooplers and payrolling workers – are all in one place, ready to view or download.

Where to find it

Open the Planner's ⋯ menu and select View contracts. A panel opens listing your workspace's leasing contracts, most recent first.

What's in a leasing contract

Each contract covers one job role at a specific venue over a given date range, with the agreed wage per job title and wage class, and the shifts it applies to. These are Coople's staff-leasing agreements – they confirm the terms under which your Cooplers and payrolling workers are provided to you.

They don't cover your internal workers – since Coople isn't their employer, no leasing contract applies to them.

Viewing a contract

Click a contract to preview it, then Open it in a new tab or Download it as a PDF. If a contract looks greyed out, its document isn't ready yet.

Good to know

  • Contracts are generated automatically a short while after you publish shifts – there's no button to create one on demand, so give it a little time after publishing.

  • This list isn't filterable or searchable – it simply shows every leasing contract for your workspace.

  • Only Cooplers and payrolling workers are covered by these contracts.
