Something in my reliability history is incorrect

Find out what to do if a shift, cancellation, no-show, reliability score or badge appears incorrectly in your reliability history.

Check the event first

Open your reliability profile in the Coople Jobs app and select the event. Check:

  • Company and shift

  • Date and time

  • Event type

  • Cancellation or no-show reason

  • Reliability and badge effect

  • Appeal status

My completed shift is missing

A shift counts as completed for reliability once the worked hours reach the required confirmation state.

If you completed the shift but it is missing:

  1. Check whether your hours were reported.

  2. Allow time for the event to appear.

  3. Contact Support if the hours are correct but the shift is still missing after a few days.

The company cancelled, but my reliability was affected

A genuine company-initiated cancellation should not affect your reliability.

If it appears as your cancellation, open the event and submit an appeal.

I contacted the company but the event says cancellation or no-show

Contacting the company does not replace cancelling in the app. A worker-side absence can still create a cancellation or a no-show.

If a genuine emergency prevented you from cancelling in the app, submit an appeal and explain both what happened and why you could not cancel.

I attended, but the event says no-show

Submit an appeal for the no-show and provide evidence such as. Lateness might lead to a shift being marked as a no-show.

My reliability or badge looks incorrect

Check whether a recent completion, cancellation, no-show, or appeal decision changed your standing. Your badge can also change when your reliability crosses its required level.

If the events are correct but the calculated result still appears wrong, contact Support with a screenshot and the affected event details.

Should I appeal or contact Support?

Submit an appeal when a specific cancellation or no-show is incorrect or should be excused.

Contact Support when:

  • A completed shift is missing.

  • An event is duplicated.

  • The displayed calculation does not match the listed events.

  • You cannot open or submit the appeal.

  • The problem is not linked to one cancellation or no-show.

What information should I include?

  • Shift date and company

  • Screenshot of the event

  • Short explanation of what is wrong

  • Relevant messages or documents

  • Any existing appeal or ticket reference
