How can I send my working hours to get paid?

You can register your working hours by scanning or showing a QR on your phone. Always ask your hiring manager.

You can check in and check out manually from the Coople Jobs App.

If you’ve worked more (or less) hours than planned, make sure you edit them on the app before submitting them.

If you don’t report your hours within six hours after the end of your shift, we’ll submit them automatically for you.

Cooplers in Switzerland receive their salary monthly, on the 5th working day of the month.

The payslip provides information about your salary, all social security and additional benefits.

If you disagree with our decision to add strikes after a shift cancellation or to  suspend your account,  please launch an appeal.

Work 8 shifts, without being late, and we’ll remove 1 strike from your account.
