How can I improve my reliability and earn a badge?
Learn how completed shifts improve your reliability, how to earn or regain a badge, and what you can do to protect your standing.
The best way to improve your standing
Complete the shifts you are scheduled for. Consistent completed shifts strengthen your reliability and replace older events in your recent history.
Six actions that protect your standing
Apply only when you can work the shift.
If you are not yet scheduled and become unavailable, withdraw your application.
Check your scheduled shifts regularly.
Complete every shift you are scheduled for and arrive on time. Reported lateness can affect your reliability.
If you cannot attend, cancel in the app immediately.
Appeal genuine emergencies and attach supporting evidence where possible.
How do I earn a badge?
Coople Trust has three recognition badges:
Committed Coopler — earned after 3 clean post-launch shifts and kept with at least 95% reliability
Pro Coopler — earned after 30 completed shifts and kept with at least 95% reliability
Top Coopler — earned after 100 completed shifts and kept with at least 97% reliability
Completed shifts from before the Coople Trust launch count toward the 30-shift and 100-shift totals for Pro Coopler and Top Coopler. Only the Committed Coopler badge specifically requires clean post-launch shifts.
Your app shows your current progress and next step.
How does my reliability recover?
Reliability reflects recent events. As you complete more shifts, newer completed-shift events replace older cancellations or no-shows in the calculation.
Time alone does not restore reliability. Reliable behaviour does.
How do I regain a lost badge?
Continue completing scheduled shifts and keep your reliability at the required level. The app shows your progress toward the next available badge.
After a late cancellation or a no-show, Pro or Top Coopler can be re-earned once you meet the badge’s normal requirements and have had no late cancellations or no-shows for 180 days. Follow the progress shown in your app.
If a serious incident was reported and confirmed, it might also lead to a badge being lost for some time.
Is regaining a badge the same as leaving Recovery Mode?
No.
Badge recovery depends on completed-shift experience, reliability, and any clean-history requirement.
Recovery Mode is an access state with its own recovery path.
You may leave Recovery Mode before you qualify for your previous badge.
Do early cancellations stop me earning a badge?
Early cancellations have a small reliability cost. Outside Recovery Mode, one early cancellation does not restrict shift access, but several can lower your reliability enough to delay earning a badge or cause badge loss. If you are already in Recovery Mode, any cancellation - including an early one - leads to a one-month suspension.
Can an approved appeal help me recover?
Yes. If an appeal is approved, the event is excused and its effect on reliability, badge, and escalation is reversed. We recommend to submit appeal only if you have evidence of a true emergency or sickness.
