Are you enrolled at the RAV and are receiving unemployment benefits? Make sure you specify this in your account to receive your ZV reports.

Are you enrolled at your regional employment agency, also known as "Regionales Arbeitsvermittlungszentrum (RAV)", and are receiving unemployment benefits?

If your answer is yes, it's important to state this in your Coople account.

In addition to your payslip, we will also send you a certificate of interim earnings (Zwischenverdienst (ZV) report), which you need to forward to the unemployment insurance fund.

How to declare you're receiving unemployment benefits in the Coople Jobs app:

  1. Click on Account.

  2. Click on Social security.

  3. Click on Social support.

  4. Activate the toggle next to I receive unemployment benefits and click Confirm.

  5. You will receive a Zwischenverdienst report from us monthly via email that you can present to the unemployment office.

  6. If you no longer receive unemployment benefits, please deactivate the toggle again in your app settings.

How to download your ZV report in the Coople Jobs app:

  1. Click on Account.

  2. Click on Request documents.

  3. Click on Zwischenverdienst report.

  4. If you've already indicated in the settings (described above) that you're receiving unemployment benefits, then you can download your available past and current ZV reports directly from the app.

  5. If you haven't indicated your unemployment benefits in the settings, you can do so here by clicking Set up monthly reports and activating the toggle next to I receive unemployment benefits. From then on, your reports will be sent to you every month and you can download them directly from this screen.
