Why can’t I sign into my Coople Jobs App?

If you can’t sign in to your Coople Jobs App, here are a few tips that should help

If you can’t use the Coople Jobs App, there are two things you can do to find a solution:

1. Have you downloaded the Coople Jobs App?

Coople connects people who want flexible jobs with companies who need flexible workers. We have two different apps for each one of our users:

The Coople Jobs App: for workers (it's pink)

Coople App

The Coople for Business App: for companies (it's purple)

Coople Hire

Check if you have downloaded the Coople Jobs App for iOS or the Coople Jobs App for Android and are trying to sign in to the right application.

2. Have you tried to sign in to your country?

Coople operates in Switzerland and in the UK. If you are trying to sign into a different country than where you currently are, you will see an error at the bottom of the screen.

The good news is that it’s simple to change your country. Please follow these steps:

1. Open the Coople Jobs App

2. Tap on Change country and language at the top of the screen

3. Select your country

4. Select your language (you’ll only see this option if you’re based in Switzerland)

5. Tap Continue

6. Sign in again
