Below, you'll find the current minimum wages. Cantonal minimum wages override these provisions if they are higher than the minimum wages of the CBA Staff Leasing (P-GAV). This is the case in the canton of Geneva (for unskilled workers).

The hourly wages listed in the table include the supplements according to the CBA Staff Leasing for holidays (8.33% or 10.60%, depending on age), public holidays (3.20%) and the 13th month's wage (8.33%). A detailed overview of all individual components can be found in the contract text of the CBA Staff Leasing 2024-2027.

The definitions of wage classes (unskilled, with professional experience, skilled) and wage areas (normal wage regions, high wage regions, Ticino) are taken directly from the CBA Staff Leasing.
