At the turn of the year, it is particularly important not to plan shifts that extend beyond the current year, as minimum wages can change annually. Some cantons, such as Ticino (from December) or Geneva (from January), will also introduce cantonal minimum wage adjustments.
The minimum wages have been recorded accordingly on the Coople platform so that the correct hourly wages are implemented when planning shifts.
Procedure for creating jobs in accordance with minimum wages:
Jobs in the Ticino region
If you are planning assignments in the Ticino region, please create a new job from December onwards. This ensures that the valid minimum wage for the canton of Ticino from this date is applied correctly.
Jobs over the turn of the year (2024-2025)
For jobs that extend beyond 2024, please split the planning into two separate jobs. Enter the job dates for 2024 and 2025 separately to ensure that the corresponding minimum wage is taken into account for each period.
Jobs in 2025 only
The minimum wages applicable from 2025 will be applied automatically.
