At the turn of the year, it is particularly important not to plan shifts that extend beyond the current year, as minimum wages can change annually. Some cantons, such as Ticino or Geneva, also introduce adjustments to their minimum wages.
The minimum wages have been recorded accordingly on the Coople platform so that the correct hourly wages are implemented when planning shifts.
Procedure for creating jobs in accordance with minimum wages:
Jobs over the turn of the year (2025-2026)
For jobs that extend beyond 2025, please split the planning into two separate jobs. Enter the job dates for 2025 and 2026 separately to ensure that the corresponding minimum wage is taken into account for each period.
Please pay particular attention to shifts that start on New Year's Eve (31 December 2025) and continue into the new year (1 January 2026) after midnight. The new minimum wage applies from 1 January 2026 at 00:00. Therefore, the shift must be divided accordingly.
No splitting is required for wages above the minimum wage.
Jobs in 2026 only
The minimum wages applicable from 2026 will be applied automatically.
