Sometimes, you may need to add additional shifts to an already published job on our web platform.

For your ongoing jobs, you can easily:

  • Add additional future shifts to the entire job

  • Invite a specific, already hired worker to additional shifts within the same job

How to add additional future shifts to an ongoing job via our web platform:

  1. On your job overview screen, open your desired job.

  2. Tap on the “Add shifts” button in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Select “Shifts for entire job”.

  4. Add your desired shifts. You can add them in bulk.

  5. Enable or disable the PO number settings and add PO numbers to your shifts if applicable.

  6. Click save.

How to invite an already hired worker to additional shifts within the same job:

  1. On your job overview screen, open your desired job.

  2. Tap on the “Add shifts” button in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Select “Shifts for particular worker”.

  4. Select your chosen worker.

  5. Add your desired shifts. You can add them in bulk.

  6. Enable or disable the PO number settings and add PO numbers to your shifts if applicable.

  7. Click save.

  8. To invite several different workers to additional shifts, simply repeat the process for each individual.

For all shifts added in the future, we offer an eligibility check feature to show you which workers from your private pool are eligible to be hired, or whether your selected worker is eligible.

After you’ve added shifts, invited workers will receive an offer to work which they can accept or decline - they will not be hired immediately.
