Sometimes, a Coopler may have completed shifts for you that weren’t planned on the platform. In order to pay them for their work, you will need to add the past shifts to your ongoing job.

How to add past shifts to an ongoing job via our web platform:

  1. On your job overview screen, open your desired job.

  2. Tap on the “Add shifts” button in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Select “Shifts for particular worker”.

  4. Select your chosen worker.

  5. Add your desired shifts in the past. You can add them in bulk.

  6. Enable or disable the PO number settings and add PO numbers to your shifts if applicable.

  7. Click save.

Important: When reporting past shifts, the respective worker will not be notified. They will be immediately “hired” in hindsight, the hours will be approved instantly, and we will bill you for the time worked. You will see an on-screen message as a reminder when adding past shifts.
