What is Coople Trust?

Coople Trust is our new recognition and reliability system for Cooplers. It replaces the strike system.

Coople Trust is our new recognition and reliability system for Cooplers. It replaces the strike system with:

  • Recognition badges for reliable work

  • A reliability track record based on your recent shift history

  • A clear overview of completed shifts, cancellations, and no-shows

  • Information about what changed your standing and what you can do next

  • An appeal process for genuine emergencies

The aim is simple: reliable work should be visible and recognised, while cancellations and no-shows should have clear and predictable effects.

Your work matters. Every shift you complete helps companies, teams, and customers keep moving. Coople Trust is designed to recognise the commitment behind that work. It gives you visible recognition and a fair way to understand and respond when something goes wrong.

What behaviour does Coople Trust recognise?

The basic expectation is not new: once you are scheduled for a shift, you are expected to attend and arrive on time. What changes is that reliable behaviour will now be visible and recognised - not only cancellations and no-shows.

Coople Trust values these behaviours:

  • Apply only when you can work the shift. If your plans change before you are scheduled, withdraw your application.

  • Once you are scheduled, complete the shift and arrive on time.

  • If you cannot attend, cancel in the Coople Jobs app as early as possible. Telling the company or Coople does not replace cancelling in the app. If you ask the company to cancel for you, or the company reports that you did not attend, it will still be recorded as your cancellation or no-show and will reduce your reliability.

  • If a genuine emergency affects you, appeal the event and provide supporting evidence where possible.

You do not need a perfect record to be recognised. What matters is completing your commitments consistently, acting early when plans change, and using the available support when something genuinely goes wrong.

What are the recognition badges?

You can progress through three recognition badges:

  • Committed Coopler - earned after 3 completed post-launch shifts and kept with at least 95% reliability

  • Pro Coopler - earned after 30 completed shifts and kept with at least 95% reliability

  • Top Coopler - earned after 100 completed shifts and kept with at least 97% reliability

Completed shifts from before the Coople Trust launch count toward the 30-shift and 100-shift totals for Pro Coopler and Top Coopler. Only the Committed Coopler badge specifically requires clean post-launch shifts.

Your badge is based on completed shifts and your current reliability. It can change as your recent record changes.

Badges are not permanent labels. You can earn one through reliable work and lose it if your standing falls below its requirements. Badges can be earned again.

Not having a badge does not automatically mean that you are unreliable. You may be new to Coople, still building your shift history, or rebuilding your standing.

What is reliability, and why does it matter?

Your reliability is a percentage that shows how consistently you complete the shifts you are scheduled for. It is based on your last 30 shift events: completed shifts, cancellations, and no-shows.

  • Completing a shift supports your reliability.

  • Cancelling early lowers it slightly.

  • Cancelling late has a stronger effect.

  • A no-show has the strongest negative effect.

  • Reported lateness or misconduct can also lower your reliability.

Before you confirm a cancellation in the app, you’ll see a clear preview of how it will change your reliability and whether it will affect your badge or access to shifts. This means you can understand the impact before deciding what to do.

Your reliability changes as new events are added and older events leave your recent history. This means you can improve it by continuing to complete your scheduled shifts.

Why should you care?

  • Reliable work helps you earn and keep a recognition badge.

  • Your badge and reliability make your work visible to clients and can improve your chances of being scheduled.

  • A strong standing lets you retain full access to available shifts.

  • Once you have a badge, you receive a 48-hour protection window to appeal a reported cancellation or no-show before your badge or access changes.

  • Your badge is not permanent in either direction: you can earn it, lose it and earn it again.

If you cannot attend, always cancel in the Coople Jobs app as soon as possible. An early cancellation has a smaller effect than a late cancellation, and a late cancellation is still better than a no-show. An early cancellation alone does not restrict shift access.

What happens at launch?

Your Coople Trust reliability record starts at 100% reliability, with a clean behaviour history:

  • Previous strikes, cancellations, and no-shows do not carry over.

  • Your completed shift history still counts toward badge eligibility.

  • Existing account suspensions remain in place.

If you also use Coople as an internal worker, shifts connected to that internal relationship do not count toward your Coople Trust standing. Your other eligible Coople shifts still count.

Where will I see my standing after launch?

From 28 September 2026, you’ll be able to see your reliability, badge, progress, recent activity, appeals, and any next steps in the Coople Jobs app.

What should I remember?

  1. Complete the shifts you are scheduled for.

  2. Apply only when you can work the shift.

  3. If you cannot attend, cancel in the app as early as possible.

  4. Earlier cancellation has a smaller effect.

  5. Appeal genuine emergencies and attach supporting evidence where possible.
