Coople is your legal employer. To hire you, we need to verify your Right to Work in the United Kingdom.

Your nationality and immigration status determine the documents we need to see to check your Right to Work.

The good news is that you only need to prove your Right to Work once. After we verify your details, you’ll be able to work across more than 140 roles, receive weekly payments, and get benefits like holiday pay and pension. Learn more about the Right to Work check here:

Important:

Under UK law, it is a legal requirement that the person reporting for work matches the details provided during the Right to Work (RTW) check.

If you can no longer attend a job, please don't ever send another person to work in your place, even if they are signed up with Coople. It is against the law to impersonate someone else for work purposes. Every worker must be able to prove their identity at the job site if prompted. Coople carries out random on-site identity checks to ensure everyone's compliance.
