What information do I need to provide to work with Coople?

Find all the information you need to add to your profile in order to work with Coople.

With Coople, the registration and application process is slightly different than with traditional staffing agencies. Below, we explain what's different and how you can get jobs quickly.

When you work with Coople, we become your legal employer. This means that we pay your salary, take care of your social security contributions, and much more.

For this reason, it is important that you enter all important information such as your CV, your bank details, your OASI number, etc. in your profile right at the beginning of your registration.

Once you've provided this information and set up your profile, you can use the app to search for jobs, apply with just one click, and get hired within hours – anywhere, anytime.

Here is a guideline on how to best provide this information in the Coople Jobs App, and what we need it for.


How to provide your personal information in the Coople Jobs App

After setting up your Coople Jobs App and selecting your job profiles, you will find a banner at the top of your "Home" tab (🏠) that says: "Please, complete your profile so that you can apply for jobs."

Tap on it to start a guided tour where you can fill in all the personal details we need, step by step. This banner will appear until you've filled in all the required information.

By the way: This guided tour will also start automatically when you try to apply for your first Coople job, but still need to provide your personal information. (We recommend this path as you can complete everything in one go.)


We need the following information to be able to offer you flexible work:

  • Your nationality so that we know which Right to Work documents we need from you to check your permission to work in Switzerland.

  • Your valid identity document (ID/passport) so that we can verify your identity and work permit. If you are not a Swiss citizen or if you live abroad, please also upload your valid work permit.

  • Your contact address so that we can create documents like your employment contracts and payslips.

  • Your OASI number (AHV) and civil status so that we can register you for social security contributions.

  • Your withholding tax details and denomination so that we can register you for withholding tax.

  • Your payment details (bank account) so that we can transfer your wage to your account on time.

Important! Only when you apply for a Coople job does our team check your documents and your work permit for Switzerland. Your chances of being hired quickly are highest if you upload all the information we need and proactively start applying for interesting jobs in our marketplace (🔍).

If you want to apply for a job and have not yet added the respective job profile, it will be automatically added to your Coople profile.

Please remember to upload your up-to-date CV as well. We use your CV to check whether you have the required work experience for the selected job profiles and whether you qualify for the job you have applied for.
