What you'll need
A business email address
Your company name (and optionally your company website)
If we can't find your company automatically: your commercial register details (UID number) and address, entered manually
How the setup works
Sign up. Go to coople.com/ch/business/registration choose to register, and enter your work email address.
Tell us about your organisation. Search for your company name – we look it up in the Swiss commercial registry automatically. Add your company website too.
A few details about you. Add your first and last name and, optionally, a phone number, and accept the terms and conditions.
Verify your email. We send a 6-digit code to your email – enter it to confirm and create your account.
Coople then sets up your Organisation together with a first Workspace, Venue, and Planner for you automatically, based on your company details.
Getting started on your Home screen
Once you're in, your Home screen walks you through the essentials:
Create Job Role – this defines the profiles you're looking for. See What are Job Roles, Job Titles, and experience levels?.
Create & publish shifts – typically qualified workers start applying within minutes. See How can I create a shift?.
Choose and schedule your preferred workers – see Reviewing and hiring applicants and «What do I need to confirm before hiring my first Coopler?».
You'll also see a "Finish setting up your account" checklist – confirming your payment method, completing your brand information, adding your team, adding more venues or workspaces, and inviting your own workers. You can work through these at your own pace; none of them block you from publishing your first shift.

Your account starts with limited hiring while Coople verifies your details in the background – see «What do I need to confirm before hiring my first Coopler?» for what to expect.
Complete your brand information (logo and a short pitch) – applicants are 3 times more likely to apply once you have.
You can manage things on the go with the Coople Business app – see «How do I download the Coople Business app?». This replaces Coople Business (Classic), which is for the old version of the platform.
